A Sunny Sunday

A rather nice sunny day today.

There was a sighting of a Dunlin at Rye Meads today which would have been a patch lifer.

So off I set. Lots of teal and shovelers at the Draper hide.




I arrived at the location of said Dunlin and .... uh well I didn't see it! 3 Green Sandpiper, 9 Snipe and a shed load of Lapwings. Another chap I spoke to later didn't see it either. Hey ho. This Grey Wagtail was giving good value.

The Heron doesn't appear to be interested in what the Cormorant is up to.
