Seville Day 2 - Part 1 - The Real Alcazar

Our first full day and I REALLY overdid the photos... so much so that I've split it in two!

I will apologise if one or two palm tree photos look the same, but just look at that sky!

Anyway we heading down the River Guadalquivir adding Greylag to the trip list when we spotted a White Stork crossing !! It came back with nesting material alas this was our only sighting.

Outside the Plaza de Toros de la Real Maestranza de CaballerĂa (bull ring) of which more another day.

Our first stop of the day was the Real Alcazar. It was originally a Moorish Fort and is now a royal palace, apparently the oldest royal palace still in use in Europe.

With that we headed for lunch.....
