I started the day in Dagenham, headed to Tower Hamlets and then on to City of London! Quick walk back to Fenchurch Street and then a phone conference in Barking.
Highlight of the day? Sitting in the car on the roof of the car park at London Road watching a Pied Wagtail feed a youngster!!
Annoyingly I didn't take a camera as I had half an hour to spare around St Pauls......
