A 1960's Christmas

After being confined to barracks last  weekend I was out!!

I headed to Anglesey Abbey which had the servants quarters prepared for a 1960's Christmas the thing was the weather was warm! felt more like March to me!!




There were a few Snowdrops out!

WHAT!!! A Red Admiral? in December.... weather totally up the creek.














Lunch was Leek and Potato Soup with a Cheese and Herb Scone


Lovely Day! Hope it is this good next weekend!

Lovely photos Pete - unbelievable to see bees, red admirals and hoverflies in December - the weather is so unseasonal :(

Foul day here again - yet more rain :(
